Your Life Is Not Covered is a darkly comic, physics-based, single-player action game played in first person. Your job is to recover insured valuables from burning buildings. Drive to the scene, haul the goods back to your truck, and meet the Company's quota before the building comes down.
There are people inside, too. Whether you go back for them is between you and your conscience.THE COMPANY HAS A QUOTA. YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE.
The Company only cares about the property. Recovered valuables pay toward your quota; rescued civilians earn reputation, but won't pay the bills. With your air running low and the fire spreading, who—or what—will you go back for? Every rescue takes time you could have spent filling the truck.THE BUILDING CHANGES THE PLAN.
Fire spreads, smoke fills rooms, and weakened floors collapse. A route that got you in may not get you out. Fight the flames to buy time, watch for signs of collapse, and decide whether one more haul is worth the risk.GET A GRIP. KEEP IT IN ONE PIECE.
Valuables have weight, and fragile cargo can lose value when damaged. Carry, drag, and load your finds into the truck. Getting an expensive object through a burning building is only half the job. Delivering it intact is the other half.CLOCK IN. HAUL OUT. MEET THE QUOTA.
