You are Doctor Adams. Your job is simple: perform daily rounds in Ward No. 6. Here, time is frozen in an endless loop, and every step you take echoes through the corridor. But behind the familiar routine of medical work lies something else. After every shift, there will be a report. And with each new day, the lines in that report will change, revealing what was meant to remain forgotten.

- Do not ignore details. Every change in the environment matters.
- Look for an exit. If the surroundings appear unchanged — continue forward.
- Stay alert. If you sense that the cycle is broken — return to the office immediately.
