Race Against Time Those customers won't wait forever, so make sure you serve them quickly even if you need to be careful with that tray on your way. If you're slow, a couple of angry table slams are bound to make things even more difficult for you... Distractions, Distractions To make matters more challenging, the restaurant floor may be full of obstacles, like unsupervised toys and discarded children. Or was it discarded toys and unsupervised children? Either way, they'll knock that food right off your tray.
