Seat customers, take their orders, prep ingredients across grill, fryer, and assembly stations, and serve meals before patience runs thin. You're understaffed and the door keeps opening. But the real job isn't cooking. Your regulars are creatures of habit. Learn their faces, their quirks, their tells. Because tonight, something walked in wearing a familiar face, and it's sitting at table four asking for the usual. Spot the difference. Make the call.
