Tietoa pelistä 观心影:草履虫人生 - Heart's Shadow
"Heart's Shadow: A Paramecium's Life" is a nonlinear narrative exploration game. You will explore a fictional world, interact with its characters, and try to influence the development and stories of different corners of the world through your choices. At the same time, you also need to make sure you obtain food. The characters and story in the game will change according to the in-game time. Events in the game are genuinely time-sensitive, and you can obtain current affairs information through newspapers and other means in the game.
Game Objective
The protagonist's predecessor, "Yin Hua," was forced to shatter his cultivation and send an incarnation back to the past because of some absurd events. The actual story then begins with the incarnation of "Little Yin Hua." In a shop rented by "Little Yin Hua," you will prepare medicinal cuisine and turn the shop into a powerful global enterprise. This is the core objective, around which multiple ending branches unfold.
In-game Footage:
Of course, the game is not limited to running a single medicinal cuisine shop. You can explore various places in the world. Beyond that, you can also fish, farm, and work in other locations to obtain resources other than those from your main business.
Special Settings
Time in this game keeps flowing. One second in the real world equals one minute in the game world. The game world changes as time passes, just as the real world changes every day. These changes are not random; starting multiple playthroughs will produce the same results.
In the game world, there is no clear main quest. You can freely explore the world, interact with the characters you like, or simply eat, drink, and enjoy the scenery.
Game Background
In the game, you may encounter, but are not limited to, the following: Western-style zombies (with an infectious virus), Chinese-style jiangshi (corpses controlled through Taoist arts), vampires, werewolves, harpies, nightmares, tentacles, slimes, dwarves, heaven, the underworld, robots, beastmen, cultivation, magic...
All of the above creatures, as well as many objects, belong to a concept known as the "Mind Projection Phenomenon" . This phenomenon is defined and used by the world's largest faction, the "Strange Tales Association," and refers to an objective phenomenon that exists independently of reality yet is real. The organization has its own methods to detect whether something is a "Mind Projection Phenomenon" and is currently trying to suppress and manage these existences.
