You play as a prisoner who escapes during the outbreak after the country is overrun by the infected. Alone, your only goal is to survive the horrors of the plague and find a way back home.
Scavenge for supplies, explore abandoned locations, avoid deadly infected, and fight through a collapsing world where every encounter can mean life or death. From quarantined towns and ruined highways to dark forests and abandoned facilities, survival depends on your choices and your ability to adapt.
With a tense atmosphere, immersive exploration, and brutal survival-focused gameplay, the journey home becomes a desperate fight to stay alive in a world consumed by the Blood Plague.
