A cramped room with no restrooms or food drains guests fast, while a well-run floor keeps the rail full and the chips moving. Hire and manage staff. Dealers, cage cashiers, bartenders, waitstaff, and security all draw wages. Pay raises keep morale up and understaffing creates real bottlenecks.
