LISTEN UP, MAGGOT! By order of the rebel leader, we're packing up shop and moving to the north! It's gonna be a long journey, but lucky for you, we won't be alone...GENERAL LI AND HIS CRONIES ARE ON OUR TAIL! Our sniper has spotted Blue Regime soldiers moving to intercept us. We're moving as fast as we can, but we can't outrun tanks and motorbikes for long. We'll need to hunker down soon, and that's where you come in...HOLD THE LINE! We've marked three areas to hold out along our retreat: A river crossing, a dense jungle, and a rice field. We need you to deploy our troops and fend the Blue army off long enough for us to stock up and keep moving! Our lives are in your hands, maggot! don't disappoint! -- Hold out against swarms of attackers in Long March, a tower defense game set in a China beset by civil war. You play as a general in the Chinese Rebel Force as you retreat from the Blue Regime, a nationalist army led by the revolutionary General Li. In a desperate gamble to regroup your forces further north, you must defend various outposts from your attackers. Deploy, upgrade, and mobilize your soldiers to hold the line and push the Blue Regime back long enough for you to retreat. - 3 maps, each with unique rounds and escalating difficulty levels - 4 different towers with unique sounds, visuals, and functions - 3 different enemy types - Pixel art style with in-house made sprites, backgrounds, animations, and VFX This game was developed as a student project at DigiPen Institute of Technology and was created for educational purposes only.
