Through the perspectives of healthcare professionals and families, you will learn about infant care and preparations for life after discharge. Game Overview • Story-driven progression Players take on the role of a nursing student participating in clinical training at a NICU. By collaborating with medical staff and families, you will learn the basics of neonatal intensive care, communication with patient families, and the challenges of transitioning from hospital to home care. • Decision-based story development The story presents choices that help players understand appropriate actions and decisions. Every choice is accompanied by explanations, enabling deeper learning and insight. • Realistic scenarios The game is supervised by neonatologists and NICU nurses, ensuring a faithful recreation of actual medical settings. Features • Approximately 1 hour of gameplay, with a save function that allows you to resume at any time. • Recommended for medical students or middle and high school students interested in healthcare. • Knowledge gained through the game can be applied in daily life or medical settings. Development Background This game was created with the support of the Yuumi Memorial Foundation for Home Health Care and under the supervision of the Department of Pediatrics at Shinshu University. Pediatricians and students collaborated to turn the real challenges of medical practice into an accessible game.
