A Red Specter Haunts the World

Comrades! In this game, you play the role of a communist specter roaming the world. Starting with the founding of the Party, you will spread ideology right under the noses of the reactionaries, continuously awaken the class consciousness of the masses, recruit like-minded people, train Party cadres and grassroots members, raise funds, and secretly build up armed forces. At the right moment, you will launch an uprising, ultimately seize power, let the red flag fly across the world, and realize a world of universal harmony. The propagation of ideas and armed struggle are both implemented using advanced mathematics, including stochastic processes, differential equations, and a small reinforcement learning neural network. Your primary tasks include selecting a location to establish the Party, activating “red genes,” determining the Party’s priorities and the location of the armed uprising; deciding whether to gather experience from a specific armed struggle to modify the neural network; issuing central commands for the armed forces to launch an attack; collecting resource bubbles; and managing the expansion of the armed forces as well as the consumption of funds and supplies.
