She Was First is a story-driven psychological horror game set in a quiet 1990s home. You play as Anna, a young girl spending an ordinary evening alone: eating food, feeding the cat, cleaning up, and getting ready for bed. But as the house grows darker, small moments begin to feel wrong. Familiar rooms begin to feel unfamiliar. As the night progresses, strange clues begin appearing where they should not be. Explore a lived-in family home, complete familiar tasks, and uncover fragments of a past that someone tried to leave behind.
