Power of Golden Slammer is a game about being a kid in the 90s! Riding your skateboard around different parts of town, battling other kids, mowing lawns to earn money to buy more slammers at the video store and collecting rad items like electronic LCD handheld games, slap bracelets and wearable items which increase your coolness! Power of Golden Slammer doesn't just have SLAMMERS it has BLADE, HOLOGRAPHIC and HOLOGRAPHIC BLADE CAPS AND SLAMMERS! You may be wondering “How does a battle actually work?” To summarize, the player and the opponent take turns slamming a stack of caps with their slammer and keep whichever caps flip over on their turn. During battle you have a limited number of turns and can either do a normal slam by using the “SLAM” button as it appears or you can use your one shot SPECIAL SLAM and attempt to use the power of leverage to get a really sweet payout. Skateboarding in P.O.G.S. is radical! With lightning fast responsive movement and controls that allow you to turn on a dime , skate in third or first person and do impossible tricks. GNARLY! Being cool is essential to gaining access to different parts of town. Many wearable items directly affect your coolness level allowing you to impress your peers and even adults. WOAH! These little cardboard circles with pictures on them are expensive! Good thing you're an industrious go getter. If you happen to be low on caps or just want to expand your collection you can do things like mow lawns for money to purchase caps and slammers at the video store. CHA-CHING!
