To overcome obstacles, you need to learn how to build certain things. And then put that theory into practice. Between building and exploring, you will occasionally encounter puzzles that require your attention. Live as a squirrel in the wild is unfortunately not without danger. You must always keep an eye out for dangerous creatures.
