A high school student dreams from the perspective of a serial killer terrorizing his hometown. He wants to help the police catch the monster, but doing so may put him in the killer’s shoes. Disease is a nonlinear visual novel in the psychological horror genre. The story takes place in the small town of Krestograd, where quiet, unhurried life coexists with shocking crimes and dark secrets of the past.
