When you start slacking, they immediately get the message. The game only tracks keyboard and mouse activity frequency. It does not record what you type or click. Tired of Working? Go Play Some Slacking-Off Minigames Take a break from work and see what your squad brought back today. Scratch-and-Reveal Wood Appraisal Grab a scraper and slowly peel back the surface of a piece of wood. Is it ordinary timber, or an extremely rare find? You won’t know until you scrape it open. Smash-and-Reveal Ore Appraisal Grab a small pickaxe and start hammering away. A plain-looking rock might be hiding a rare gemstone inside. Work may not always come with surprises. Rocks do. I Can Rest. You Can’t. Squad members lose stamina while working. Running low? No problem. You can roast some meat for them yourself. Finished eating? Good. Back to work. That’s the whole idea: You do the labor. I watch you do the labor. Unlock More Slacker Squad Members There are multiple characters to unlock. Different squad members will work, slack off, gather resources, and react in their own way to whatever ridiculous orders the boss throws at them. Can’t Beat Them? Bring Them Home. Your squad may run into all kinds of monsters while out working. Defeat them and you’ll have a chance to capture them as pets, letting them follow your squad members around. Collect more pets over time and turn your small group of workers into an increasingly strange little workplace crew. You Work, They Work You don’t need to stare at the game all day.
