Ping & Prowl

Map the darkness. Hunt through echoes. Ping & Prowl is an asymmetric game of stealth and pursuit set in a world hidden by darkness. Walls, footprints, and movement are revealed through echoes, but every movement you make may also help your opponent find you. Choose between two very different roles: escape the darkness as a Ping, or stalk your prey as a Prowl. Play as a Ping Every step sends out an echo pulse, revealing nearby walls, passages, and traces left behind by other players. Search for the exit, break through the wall, and escape before you are caught. Move carefully and sneak to reduce the signs you leave behind, but remember that your echoes can reveal more than just the environment. Play as a Prowl Track your target through footsteps, echoes, and fading trails. Listen carefully, predict where the Ping is heading, and catch them before they reach the exit. Prowls can sprint to catch escaping targets, but stamina is limited. Knowing when to wait, when to follow a trail, and when to rush forward is the key to a successful pursuit.
