Ping Pong Attack: The Return of the Pong continues on from the first game and is a fast, playful arcade shoot ’em up where table tennis meets a full-scale alien invasion. It is 10 years later and you must pilot Earth’s rocket-powered ping-pong bat fighter and battle from Pluto through seven increasingly dangerous planetary campaigns.
Cut firing lanes through enemy formations, defend yourself with shields, collect powerful upgrades and turn the alien fleet’s own ping-pong arsenal against it. Every rally escalates as formations change, armoured ships absorb extra hits, asteroids crowd the battlefield and bosses unleash screen-filling attacks.
Fight your way from Pluto to Earth
The campaign spans 105 levels across Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Earth. Each planet contains 15 levels and three major boss encounters. The fleet grows more dangerous as you approach home, culminating in a seven-ship battle for Earth.
Play solo or share the cockpit
Take on the complete campaign alone or fight together in two-player local co-op. Each pilot has separate lives, shields, weapons and controller assignment while contributing to one shared team score. Steam Remote Play Together lets a friend join the local co-op battle over the internet through Steam streaming.
Easy mode allows an eliminated pilot to rejoin the fight. On Normal and Pong (Hard), the remaining player must destroy a bright-blue carrier and collect its REVIVE pickup to bring their partner back.

- Upgrade lasers, missiles, side ships, shields and smart bombs
- Choose Easy, Normal or Pong (Hard), each with its own campaign balance
- Battle changing formations, specialist alien ships, asteroids and escalating multi-ship bosses
- Chase six independent local top-ten boards: Solo and Dual for every difficulty
- Save and restore campaigns across ten save slots
- Enable an optional game timer that starts with your first laser and records the final campaign time
- Fight to a ten-track soundtrack, including separate instrumental, vocal and complete main-menu music pools
- Play with keyboard and mouse or assign controllers independently for one or two players
- Use the Steam Deck-friendly 1280×800 presentation when running the Windows build through Proton
- Complete the campaign on Pong (Hard) difficulty to unlock Developer Mode and the level editor.
