ODYSSEY: Wine-Dark Sea is a narrative roguelite expedition. Chart your course island by island, spend what you must — food, wine, favor, men — and live with every choice. In the myth, Odysseus came home alone. The canon is one of your possible endings. Can you do better?
- A VOYAGE OF DILEMMAS. Pick your route across a branching chart of the Aegean. Face the canon of the Odyssey — the Cyclops' cave, the Sirens' song, Scylla and Charybdis — as brutal choices with no best button.
- A CREW WITH NAMES. 28 named companions with traits and voices. You don't lose resources — you lose Eurylochus. When Scylla demands six lives, you choose which six.
- THE NOBODY CHOICE. After every triumph: sing your name for glory and loot, or stay Nobody and stay safe. The sea remembers boasting. Poseidon's wrath is the difficulty you built yourself.
- GODS AS YOUR BUILD. Earn the favor of Athena, Hermes and Zeus — their boons bend the rules of every run. Sacrifice food or wine; a hecatomb may soothe the Earth-Shaker. For a while.
- THE SONG OF YOUR VOYAGE. Every run ends in a hexameter epic about YOUR voyage: your dead, your lies, your homecoming. Share it as a card. Four endings — including the one Homer wrote.
