Kingdom Islands is a medieval city-building game, where you construct a prosperous city on a distant island. As your village expands and your people begin to expand their knowledge of the land, you may explore and visit new areas of the known world. FROM VILLAGE TO CITY As you progress, your village will start to expand and more villagers will be born, as well as stranded sailors rescued. But this island is limited, and expansion demands risks, will you take them on? Will you expand your knowledge of the known world, to visit new land? “Not all those who wander are lost.” – J.R.R Tolkien RESOURCES From the start you will have to send your villagers on jobs such as chopping down trees for material. But as you progress, new buildings will be available for you to automize this process. Using woodcutters, your workers will gather resources whilst simultaneously taking care of the island by planting new trees. For stone, quarries must be built, where heavy machinery will sort you out. Heavy work demands food, by constructing farms, pigpens, cowsheds and windmills, your villagers will be fed to survive the winters. Make sure to stock up before the cold, as there’s no help in sight. WALK THROUGH YOUR CITY In Kingdom Islands you, the king, may walk through your city in first-person view, this is necessary to be able to use certain buildings. Seamlessly switch between different views, whilst still developing your village. THE WORLD The world in Kingdom Islands is a beautiful, randomly generated world where the colors and goodies, together with the sea, creates a cozy setting for you to experience. The weather and seasons that passes during each year, passes with a gorgeous season cycle, that makes the world feel alive.
