Community Kitchen Simulator: DayShift hakkında
Community Kitchen Simulator puts you in charge of a small neighbourhood canteen in an unnamed European city. Occasionally, you'll need to guess which country a visitor comes from by listening to their accent.
The day starts with shopping. The corner shop down the street has something different every day: some of it at full price, some at half price, some for nothing. You pay for what you buy and carry it back to the kitchen.
Then you cook, balancing taste and nutrition with the ingredients available each day.
People arrive and wait to be seated. You take each of them a plate. Most come with a meal ticket, and the town hall pays you back for every ticketed meal once you walk over to the municipal desk and ask for it. Some people turn up without a ticket. Whether they eat is up to you.
At closing time the day fits on one card: how many you fed, how many you sent away, how many ate for free, what went off, and what people actually ate in calories, protein, fat and carbs. Ingredients you didn't use stay on the shelf for tomorrow, as long as they keep.
Ingredients have weights, prices and a shelf life, food loses weight when it's peeled and cooked, and every serving carries its own nutrition.
