Wizard Fight!

Wizard Fight! is a bullet hell game, i.e. a game where the enemies launch a massive barrage of slow-moving projectiles at the player. Test your visual tracking skills by gracefully dodging each bullet (but don't worry, there's no insta death feature in this game like others). The foul Orange Wizard and his wife Angela stole the holy grail and it is your quest to reclaim it! To do so, you must collect several keys scattered around the map, defeat the enemies before you, collect powerups to become stronger, and finally venture underground in order to get back the holy grail! If the difficulty is too great, you can collect coins from fallen enemies to purchase items from the mysterious Secret Shop which increase your strength and attack power. It is said that the Secret Shop is hidden somewhere underground in the grassy field by some trees. This game employs the bullet time mechanic! Too many bullets to dodge? Feeling overwhelmed? Press C to activate bullet time, which speeds up your player's attack speed while slowing down the rest of the enemies to make dodging bullets a cinch. For me, it takes about 15 minutes to beat the game from the start menu to finish, but I could probably go faster if I skipped collecting powerups. How fast can it take you? Test your skill by speedrunning Wizard Fight for unlimited replayability. Contains retro midi bgm composed by me on my Yamaha keyboard for that 90s PC gaming vibe! The game features easy, medium, and hard game modes. The difference is that hard has more enemies and a menacing, indestructible sun which incessantly follows the player wherever they go 🌞😨. I was inspired by Touhou and other old arcade games which I have enjoyed greatly to make this game. I also hope that you yourself find it enjoyable as well as challenging!
