Those clever scientists tried once again to play with the rules of life, and once again, things got out of hand. Now, the plants are in control! And they fully intend to recover the Photosynthesis Core to become even stronger. That's where you come in! The army contacted you and your friends to defend the Core and save the world. You're a farmer, you know plants by heart, you're the man for the job! They provided you with custom-made weapons to take down the enemy! You have seven waves to hold out. HOLD THE CORE Every wave is dangerous, the plants attack the Core directly, so you have to stop them! They come from everywhere, so use the detector at the top of the screen to see which direction the plants are coming from. One three-minute break will be granted before wave 3. It'll give you time to explore the surrounding area and find upgrades to help you survive, repair the Core and heal yourself if needed. Repairing the Core costs 25 leaves for 10 HP. MUTANTS ARE DIFFERENT Other plants die instantly or explode, but mutants are going to surprise you. Three times bigger than the others, and watch out, because they don't die. They must be uprooted within twenty seconds... otherwise they'll come back to life and keep attacking you... Leaves are the currency / fuel you'll use throughout the entire match. They can be collected from monsters and chests. DOZENS OF DIFFERENT ENEMIES TO RUIN YOUR DAY... - The Moss attacks in groups. A burst of bullets can fly right over it: to get rid of it, you'll sometimes have to jump on it. - The Rowan bombards you with berries from a distance, so don't stand still. - The Dandelion explodes when it dies, so run away while you still can, and the Crates will explode while running straight at you! - The Venus Flytrap hides, waits for you to walk past it and quietly wakes up to get you when you least expect it. And if you survive that long, on the seventh wave you'll get to meet a cute little lotus ball: Lotus Ball: six meters tall, five health bars and four legs that you'll have to rip off one by one. Come oooon, can't we have a little fun? :p A WIDE VARIETY OF WEAPONS Pistol, revolver, shotgun, minigun, flamethrower... Each weapon has its own specialty and its own limitations. Three weapons are available from the start. The others are unlocked as you play or can be discovered directly while exploring the map. BATTLEFIELD It stretches across nearly one hundred and eighty meters, with the Core at its center. Around it, you'll find ruins to search, mystery crates containing random weapons, and locked areas that you can unlock during the game by paying with leaves. Exploring can give you an advantage for the next wave. But every detour takes you farther away from the Core. ALONE, OR WITH UP TO FOUR PLAYERS The entire game can be played solo or online in co-op with up to four players. Create a lobby and invite your friends directly through Steam, then organize yourselves: defend the Core, explore the surrounding area, uproot mutants... or try to do everything at the same time.
