Build, defend, and expand your station in a volatile sector of deep space. Inspired by classic old flash space tower defense strategy game, Station 42 tasks you with managing a fragile economy against a semi-realistic space simulation. Carefully chart orbital paths, anticipate drifting celestial bodies trajectories, and harness violent cosmic storms to power your expansion.
STRATEGIC RESOURCES NETWORK
Explore and expand by building a strategic network of space station modules that distributes your resources. Focus on upgrades and research to go tall, or expand to go wide, but careful... An enemy can, and will target weak points to cut off entire parts of your network.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR ARSENAL
Use a wide range of weapon types to survive space encounters. Blasters, point defense shooting incoming missiles, or you own missile launcher.
Any station module is customizable and its features are upgradable independently: weapons, resource collectors, solar stations... your station, your rules.
TECHS & CHOICES...
A tech tree helps you vanquish the void... But, most technologies come with hard choices, benefits and drawbacks that will make you think twice. Align with your strategy or face the consequences.
ORBITAL PLANING
Space is not stationary. Plan you expansion carefully. Asteroids move, have orbits, and suns decay.
MISSION VARIETY
Tackle different types of missions forcing you to shift your base design along the campaign.
- Collecting resources;
- Escorting friendly ship to destination while building your base;
- Intercepting enemy cargo ships;
- Destroy specific objectives;

- Predictive Orbital Mining: Resources don't sit still. Asteroids drift and in predictive trajectories. Success requires careful planning and anticipation.
- Ride the Cosmic Storm: Intercept massive space weather events. Carefully position high-risk collectors directly into the path of violent cosmic storms to harvest raw energy... or hide sensitive structures in it. At your own risk.
- Targeted Tech Progression: Unlock upgrades designed to help you tame the chaos... but choices matter. No path is perfect and hard choices will have to be made.
