Instead of imposing harsh pressure, Ren Xing patiently identifies every player’s weaknesses and strengths, creates customized training plans, relieves the athletes’ mental stress, joins extra training and match reviews with them, and leads the team to overcome countless obstacles side by side. Through countless days and matches spent fighting together, the players have developed deep trust and affection for the gentle and reliable Ren Xing.
