In Manager's Decision , take on the role of a manager and shape the future of the company through the decisions you make.
Swipe the cards left or right to make your decisions. Every decision has an impact on the company. Your choices can increase or decrease four key values: Money, Reputation, Product, and Morale.
## Keep Four Values in Balance
Running a company is not just about focusing on one value. You may lose reputation while making money, lower morale while improving the product, or spend the company's money while trying to keep your employees motivated.
Every decision can change this balance. Your goal is to keep the company running while maintaining these four values as well as possible.
## Choose Your Decisions Carefully
Each card presents a situation and two different choices. Right or left?
The consequences of your decisions may not always be what you expect. Every choice has a consequence, and the decisions you make can determine which ending a character reaches.
## Every Character Has Different Endings
Your choices do more than create immediate consequences. The decisions you make can also affect the fate of the characters.
Depending on your decisions, one of several different endings may become available for a character. Play the game again with different choices and try to reach different outcomes.
Is there such a thing as the right decision? Or is there only the less bad one?
