Kora: Neural Gridlock

Kora: Neural Gridlock is a psychological horror game, set in a dark Cyberpunk/Brutalist world. The events unfold in an isolated research facility, plagued by weird anomalies, in which a menacing presence moves through the environment while leaving creepy marks of its passage. In this dystopic future, you will have to survive and solve puzzles, while being hunted by a relentless creature. Planning every move with care while managing limited resources is the key to keeping yourself alive. "The drone" is a necessary tool: it allows players to solve puzzles, to track The Intruder's movements and to explore otherwise unreachable areas. As Minerva, you will have to decipher the mysterious story of Kora: Neural Gridlock, hidden between classified documents, flashbacks and the inhabitants of the facility. KORA Explore Kora, a creepy vertical labyrinth that hides secrets behind every corner. Carefully plan every move, study the facility’s conformation, and take advantage of hiding spots to elude “The Intruder”. Meet other survivors and collaborate to unveil the mystery hidden behind Kora and find a way out. THE INTRUDER “The Intruder” is a powerful entity that will hunt you during your stay in Kora. It cannot be stopped in any way. Exploit distractions, hiding spots, and your intelligence to elude it and survive. This threatening creature is capable of adapting to its surroundings, creating neural copies that confound Minerva. A photographic memory and the use of the drone are vital to discovering the deception. THE DRONE Leverage a powerful logistical tool: the recon drone. Use it to find your way in the dark thanks to its service flashlight, and to access exclusive abilities. Study “The Intruder's” movements without exposing yourself by positioning the drone at strategic spots to plan your next move. However, be careful of the battery life: if depleted, it exposes Minerva to extremely dangerous situations. Hack digital devices and unveil messages hidden inside the facility thanks to a special UV light, allowing Minerva to gather information to solve puzzles and intercept messages from other inhabitants. Recover rare and otherwise unreachable objects thanks to remote pick-up.
