Young doctor Ikeno meets Dorothy at “Paradise,” a girl who believes she is a fairy-tale character. To help her, he becomes one of her “Three Companions.” But his kindness causes her fantasies to spiral out of control, blurring the line between reality and fairy tales.

Acerca de 童话镇：再奏曲
Ikeno is a young doctor whose heart has grown cold and weary after his dreams were shattered. He struggles to fit into the facility known as “Paradise” and cannot understand the patients who lose themselves in their own fantasies.
One day, he is assigned to care for Dorothy, a girl who regards The Wizard of Oz as her “Bible.”
Troubled by the gap between her frail body and her identity as “Dorothy,” she struggles to reconcile fantasy with reality. Unable to simply stand by, Ikeno finds himself pretending to be one of her “Three Companions.”
His actions bring a smile back to Dorothy—but inadvertently, they also cause her delusions to spiral further out of control…
