Create rulers, rename and recolor countries, and pursue peaceful or aggressive expansion. Nations will remember their history with you and others, respond dynamically, and constantly change their structure as the world around them also changes. Each nation, at its base level, is a tower built on unstable foundations, forced to constantly change shape while always being at risk of collapsing due to forces both external and internal. The people of a nation may grow angry and rise up against their king! Agents of an enemy nation may implant revolutionary ideas within the people.
