But cracks in the sheriff’s facade quickly begin to show. Behind the badge lies control. Fear. Oppression. Tonya starts working with the bartender instead—a once-respected figure who now trades in secrets and supplies. Through him, Tonya begins trading with other settlements, learning the web of corruption that holds the town in place. Eventually, her goal becomes clear: Destroy the sheriff’s system from the inside. This is not just a story of survival. It’s a slow-burning rebellion.
