ABOUT THIS GAME Corps Royaux is a fully reimagined and significantly enhanced evolution of the original Corps Royaux. Designed as a major new milestone for the project, Chapter 2 preserves everything players loved about the original version while delivering a deeply reworked experience, both in gameplay and artistic direction. A dungeon-focused, team-driven adventure Rather than following the structure of a traditional RPG, Corps Royaux – Chapter 2 places its core focus on dungeon exploration, teamwork, and strategic challenges. Strongly inspired by Japanese anime, the game revolves around the village Guild House, the central hub where adventurers accept quests, prepare for their journey, and venture into monster-filled dungeons to face powerful bosses and uncover rare items. Smaller maps, richer gameplay The game’s environments have been redesigned to feature smaller but far denser maps, packed with meaningful activities. This approach allows for more impactful content and, most importantly, more frequent updates, ensuring a dynamic and evolving experience. Professions and mini-games included Fan-favorite systems from the original game remain intact. Professions and mini-games are still an integral part of the experience, offering variety beyond dungeon runs and adding depth to the overall gameplay. A strong and unique artistic identity All new visuals have been entirely created by Admurin, the project’s lead pixel artist. Approximately 98% of the game’s visual content has been handcrafted, giving Corps Royaux – Chapter 2 a distinctive and cohesive artistic identity perfectly suited for a Steam release.
