Ward Zero is a co-op psychological horror experience where you and up to 3 other players take on the role of investigators sent to uncover the truth behind a missing persons case. You are assigned to find Simon, a 22-year-old man who vanished without a trace, your search leads you to the State Psychiatric Rehabilitation Facility — a place long abandoned… yet not entirely empty. What begins as a routine investigation quickly turns into a descent into fear. As you dig deeper into the facility, you uncover evidence of unethical experiments conducted on patients—experiments that were never meant to be exposed. Explore a dark, abandoned asylum filled with locked wards, hidden pathways, and disturbing evidence. Piece together what happened through notes, environmental storytelling, and eerie encounters. Face the horror alone or with friends. Work together to solve puzzles, unlock new areas, and survive what lurks inside. Every interaction and objective is shared across players, making teamwork essential. You are not alone, entities roam the halls, reacting to player movement, light, and sound.
