Vezir is a Chess-inspired Roguelike deck-building game where you aim to cleanse the Realm of demons using different playstyles and builds. Break the Game Vezir is not a game designed to be balanced. It gives you the chance to break the game with countless different builds. Play as a mage who constantly evades opponents, hiding behind a wall of pawns and watching your enemies melt away, or clear the entire board in a single turn with crazy combos. Vezir is designed for you to break the game however you please. Endless Possibilities Vezir is a game designed to provide unique experiences from start to finish. You begin the game with a deck made up of basic chess pieces. As your journey unfolds, you can upgrade, transform, and swap these pieces. Additionally, you can enhance your own spellcasting abilities, fundamentally alter the game's mechanics using Holy Decrees, and have the spirits of grandmasters guide you on your journey. To help you craft your own playstyle and eradicate the demons, Vezir offers the following features: - Incremental upgrades you can acquire to power up your mage. - Ten special pieces in addition to the six basic chess pieces, plus enemies that can all be transformed into pieces upon defeat (Yes! Even bosses.) - 5+ Piece Effects to give your pieces additional effects to build your style. - 5 Acts, each featuring its own theme, gameplay changes, and unique bosses. - 35+ Decrees, each written to fundamentally alter a game mechanic, along with their special upgrades. - 30+ Grandmaster spirits to help customize your playstyle. - Upgrades that unlock infinite scaling potential for every piece. - Combos you can use to unleash the deep, harmonic potential hidden within the pieces. - Consumable items that can save the day in the heat of battle. - Ever-changing battle maps that have hundreds of different variations with different Tile Types that might help you, or your enemies. - Various quests in every Act that may alter your route and get you into trouble, but will ultimately reward you generously. - 50+ carefully crafted enemies designed to challenge you as you tame the Realm. - And most importantly, custom visuals lovingly handcrafted pixel by pixel.
