Story Overview "Tokyo Girls Chronicle" is a story about two girls who meet and form a deep friendship in the city of Tokyo. On a cold, rainy day in Tokyo, an android girl named Rin sits alone in a park, feeling a sense of solitude. With no emotions or memories, she longs for a connection with someone. Then, a black-haired girl named Aoi appears, gently speaking to Rin and inviting her under her umbrella. As they gradually grow closer, Aoi accepts Rin for who she is and understands her loneliness. When the rain stops and a rainbow appears, Rin experiences emotions for the first time and realizes that meeting Aoi marks the beginning of a new life. As their bond deepens, Rin slowly regains her humanity. However, when Rin discovers the truth about her origins, the story takes a dramatic turn. Inspiration Behind the Game Until now, I hadn't been particularly interested in light novel games. This was because most of them consisted mainly of text and still images, resembling a picture book, which didn’t appeal to me. So, I asked myself—what if I were to create a light novel game? I thought that if it were fully animated, it might capture my interest. And if I could actually create it myself, it could be a truly exciting project. I wanted to keep the story simple, focusing on the bond between two girls. I chose Tokyo as the setting because I once lived there and have a deep admiration for the city. Exploration Feature In the middle of the story, players can enjoy an exploration game where Aoi searches for Rin. Use the hints within the visuals to find Rin and progress through the story. How to Play - Press the Opening button to watch the opening movie. - After the movie ends, press the Return to Title Screen button. - The button for the next chapter will appear, allowing you to continue the story. Guidelines for Streaming Streaming of this game is permitted up to the chapter "Emily’s Story." Beyond that point, streaming is prohibited to prevent spoilers.
