Hey Dad, I’ve made a game that I’d like you to play. It’s hopefully not too difficult for you to get through and while you may get a tad lost at times, I’m hoping the path forward should be relatively clear once you find it. I don’t quite know how best to explain what the game is about, the game says it much better than I could here in this letter, but to put it broadly… It’s about you and me, and the walks we used to take. Let me know what you think when you reach the end. - Junebug ‘The Walks We Used To Take’ is a semi-autobiographical game by Junebug about their relationship with their father and the walks they used to take together. Walk through a landscape of metaphor while listening to voice messages discovered scattered along the way: voice messages recorded by Junebug for their father, attempting to convey a difficult but important truth.
