This story begins when your obscure baseball career as an undrafted walk-on is about to come to a miserable end. You happen to find a wishing "Monkey's Paw" and make a desperate wish: "Make me the best hitter on the team." But alas... you really should have read the fine print. Wait, a Welsh Corgi baseball team? The Monkey's Paw flipped you the bird and flashed a bright light. The next thing you know, you've been transported to an alternate universe where a baseball team is made entirely of Welsh Corgi beastmen! Every time you try to run away, you mysteriously end up back at the stadium. Then, you hear two voices. A sinister one warns: "Win every league to break the curse. Fail twice, and your soul is mine." But a faint, hopeful voice whispers: "Don't give up yet." Left with no choice, you must step up to the plate as the "Best Hitter on the Team" and lead these Corgis to the championship. Cute, but absolutely hopeless Corgis Sure, these Corgis are pretty fast on their short little legs, but the rest of their baseball skills are a disaster. To make matters worse, any player brought in through trades or drafts instantly transforms into a Corgi too! All you can do is give it your all at the plate and persuade your incompetent manager to somehow build a functioning roster. Who knows? If you try hard enough, maybe some teams will actually lose to a bunch of Corgis. Step up to the plate Every game, you'll face pitchers from the batter's box — read their pitches, time your swings, and aim for the sweet spot. Each at-bat is quick (just a few seconds), but every hit counts. Smash home runs, line singles through the gap, or watch helplessly as your teammates fumble the lead you built. Between at-bats, the rest of the game simulates automatically — for better or worse. Build your team between games Earn training points from your performance and invest them in yourself or your Corgi teammates. Manage your roster, set the lineup, choose your batting order, and equip perks to shape your playstyle. Conquer leagues Each season follows a full schedule: a regular season, and playoffs leading to the championship. Win the title to advance to the next league — or it's game over. From the humble Regional League to the ultimate space League, every step up means faster pitches, nastier breaking balls, and tougher opponents. Failure is not the end Thanks to a mysterious helping hand, failing to win the championship doesn't mean your soul is instantly snatched away. Keep select teammates with you, unlock permanent upgrades, and push further than before. Grow stronger through every setback and lead your team to ultimate victory.
