Sit on the throne as a horny medieval monarch and manage your kingdom. Develop relations with the four key factions: nobility, army, church, and commoners. They will request you take action in events happening around the kingdom in a way that benefits them. You can choose to raise their favor towards you by making a decision in the kingdom that helps or harms them. But beware; some of these decisions you make might lead to sex! Get sex scenes: Make decisions to try to raise your relationship with any of the four factions to the max to get a sex scene ending. Figure out what choices you can make to also lower those relationships to the bottom to get a different sex scene ending. Try to collect them all! Play through lots of events with lots of types of people: Help the peasants from a flooding river, stop mages from attacking your castle, fund the most powerful army in the lands, get intimate with a queen from a neighboring land and have fun dealing with many more events involved in managing your kingdom! Deal with a large variety of subjects such as foxgirls, witches, nuns, knights, peasants, nobles, your jester and more as they line up to make requests of you and decide whether you want to help them or not as each request comes at a cost but also yields their own benefits. Figure out which decision you need to choose during events to get a sex scene with any people from the kingdom that you meet and try to find them all!
