The protagonist, Kainuma Kyotaro, learns about the enigmatic town "Insumacho" and the bizarre "Otohime Incident" that occurred there 28 years ago while searching for ideas for a new SF TV drama aiming for post-monster themes. Intrigued, Kainuma sets off to Insumacho to investigate the truth behind the incident. There, he encounters three mysterious and beautiful sisters named Nagisa, Rin, and Sara. Yet, shadows of an "evil deity" and its minions loom over their fateful meeting. A mysterious murder case that happened before the war!? The village's "Legend of Dragon Palace"!? And what secrets lie within the "Otohime" sleeping in the "Dragon Palace"!?
