Tally & Tails is the story of a debt, a circus wagon, and two coworkers with wildly incompatible work ethics. Tails is an energetic, dangerously optimistic freelance philanthropist who accidentally burned through 5,000 gold coins of public funding on a traveling "charity and good vibes" project. Tally, a tired and deeply overworked government clerk (and also a dog), is now on the hook for half the debt after stamping the wrong form at the wrong time. Neither of them has any savings. Or a plan. Or basic business sense. The Royal Council has given them 31 days to pay it back. If they fail, Tails goes to jail and Tally loses his job and pension. So, the solution? Hit the road.
