Superchess is chess evolved. Every piece has hit points, attack power, and unique abilities. A Knight doesn't just move in an L — it can charge, dealing damage and trampling pieces it moves over, or unleash a fire charge that leaves opponents burning. A Queen can curse a square secretly, instantly killing pieces that move on it. A Rook can fortify. A Pawn can self-destruct and take everything nearby with it. The board you know is still there. The rules you've learned still apply.
