In a world ravaged by a decade long plague you follow an orphaned elf who's life is never short of "eventful". Taken in by a surgeon, you become a maid of the manor surrounded by medical papers and surgical studies. Years later, you finally have a chance to use that knowledge with the aid of a dying god.
