Arc 0: The Failed Isekai Welcome to the year 2027! You are Haruto Saito, a member of Japan’s Self-Defense Forces, who has spent years fighting in distant lands for his country. Like any dangerous job, it was never going to end well. One day, Haruto loses everyone under his command and, by a cruel twist of fate, ends up the only survivor. When he returns home, guilt and regret gnaw at him as he faces a society still rattled by the war’s aftermath.
