Paragon Protocol: V X V

Are You Ready, Paragon? 2545: Our last hope is in the remnants of the Paragon Corp. As far as I know, that's just you, now. Take what equipment you can find. Take back the streets--take back the land. Find where they're coming from, and end it... Before they end us. Jump, Shoot, and Fly your way through mazes, hunt through open cityscapes. But keep your eyes out--help can be found in the most unlikely of places. Upgrade your gear with new weapons like shotgun, abilities like the Emergency Medkit, and support upgrades like the state-of-the-art Lethal Area Nanite Cluster Explosive (or LANCE) to take on the challenging enemies and bosses of the bugs that have invaded your world. Wade into the depths to discover their foothold and drive them back to the void. This game features a large arsenal of weaponry to acquire, several game modes: check out the Arcade mode for a fast-paced stripped-down version, or dive into the campaign that has weekly shuffled mission objectives from Elimination (destroy the enemy), Hunt (target specific tough enemies), Survival (time-based mission), Rescue (save the scientists scattered across the city), and Recovery (grab useful machines, items, and equipment before the bugs do). Collect data orbs so scientists can learn more about the enemy, and in return they will share with you upgrades to your gear to help in the fight. the upgrade for the Rapid Shot weapon, the Med Shot, will heal you as you damage enemies, the Charged Shot allows the Basic Shot to remain a viable weapon. The Med Bay holds upgrades for armor integrity and mobility, and Support Upgrades can be found in the Engineering Bay. There are also three Secondary Objectives that can be completed and replayed for additional data orbs to help power up your Paragon. Pathfinding sends you out to navigate safe lanes of travel where the dangers of an un-kempt upper atmosphere like asteroids, comets, and broken satellites threaten your every movement. Field Research takes you back to the upper atmosphere to attempt to clean away the debris and discover why it seems so endless. The Explorer Secondary objective is all about platforming within the broken structures of the city to eliminate enemies, scout their movements, and recover data and intel for upgrades to your equipment.
