Lionhearts: Melee

Step into the lists and test your skill in the heat of medieval tournaments set during the age of the Crusades. Lionhearts: Mêlée drops you into a world of knights, weapons, and glory, where every battle is a chance to rise in renown. Earn "favor", a measure of your skill and progress, to unlock new weapons, armor, and outfits inspired by 12th-century designs. With each victory, you prove your worth and carve your name into the tournament grounds. Experience a glimpse of the world of Lionhearts, where honor, skill, and reputation shape the path of every aspiring knight. Rise through the ranks, seize glory, and prepare for the challenges that await. Lionhearts: Melee is an experience where you can participate in skill based directional combat, with four separate and unique directions of attack. By learning how to block, parry and attack where your enemy's defenses are not present you can defeat opponents and rise through the ranks of the favor tree. Each kill earns favor, which unlocks new tiers and rewards. Through matchmaking, players can engage in PvP and PvE combat that gets progressively more difficult as you level up. Players can team up with friends, or brave the wilds of meeting new ones through the shared experience of combat as brothers-in-arms. Players can unlock various different weapon types through progressing, including maces that do more damage, spears that have more range, shields that block all incoming attacks and even bows and arrows that allow you to have an advantage from a distance. Players also compete through 4 varied map selections throughout the world of Lionhearts: The Jaffa Tournament map, set outside the walls of the historical city. The Belmont Keep, inside the mighty fortress of the Hospitallers outside of Jerusalem. The Lumberyard, inside a historically set woodcutting area with a stunning view. Finally, the Belmont Marketplace, where players will fight to the death inside the city of Belmont itself!
