The world was once ruled by humans. But after the third world war, humans have destroyed themselves due to the murder of God. Thousands of years later, humans have rebuilt their world, with Gods and descendants of the murderer of God, the Godkillers. Kannagawa, a godless city with no hope nor future, has now become the capital prefecture of new Japan. With three last days of his life before execution, Makiri Shogo, a Godkiller with no memory, has somehow got the chance to escape from his fate due to a stranger's rescue, who turns out to be his acquaintance. With the sudden freedom, Makiri now has to decide either to keep running away, or try to find out the truth about himself...and the dystopian world.
