Detect deception by paying attention to the missmatch between the words spoken and the actual emotional state. An example of deception: someone says 'I'm so happy to see you!' however they display negative contradictory emotions such as boredom, anger, contempt fake smile or even disgust. 6. Evaluate correctly the state of your relationships, the experts say an unhealthy relationship is characterised by frequent, repeated and long duration expression of contempt or disgust. 7.
