Control the economy of the city Local businesses are good for protection money, but establishing relationships with the producers of the city’s important goods opens up more lucrative trades. Buy medicine, booze, electronics, and more to fulfill the city’s needs. Or make tense exchanges with other factions, with one hand on your weapon in case of a sudden betrayal. The city still has it’s pulse Citizens, factions, goods producers, and more are fully simulated with their own daily routines and intentions. Set lookouts to watch the city in motion.
