DEAL EVERY CARD YOURSELF Tap the felt in the right order, flip the hole card, draw to the house rules. No auto-pilot in Pro and Career modes: miscount a payout and the patron walks, the pit boss calls, and the difference comes out of your tips. RUN TWO GAMES Blackjack is your bread and butter; hold'em is where dealers earn their stripes.
