Borders of Chernobyl is a border officer horror game set in an alternate timeline where the Chernobyl reactor never suffered its catastrophic meltdown. It survived, and so did the secret agenda behind it. The government has been quietly leaking radioactive chemicals into the water and food supplies throughout Chernobyl and its neighboring districts. The lingering effects are beginning to show, and it’s your job to stand on the front line. SURVIVE THE SHIFT You play as Sam, a border officer assigned to check documents at the checkpoint. Your objective is straightforward, but dangerous: - Review Passports: Inspect identification and official travel papers. - Control the Gate: Grant entry to valid citizens while denying those with fraudulent or missing documents. - Spot the Contaminated: Keep an eye out for travelers who don't seem quite right... or quite human. SURVIVE THE NIGHT Your compensation? A run-down, 500-a-week apartment that is slowly falling apart around you. Between your shifts, you'll need to manage your personal life to stay functional: - Keep your Hunger in check. - Manage your Sleep schedule. - Preserve your dwindling Sanity.
