A macro management simulation of an IT firm. You don’t micromanage every employee — you steer sales, managers, and engineers as factions, watch cash, reputation, and management points, and grow the company through contracts, staffing, and services.
**Three ways to make money**
- **Contracts** — Bid on projects, assign staff, and deliver. Weigh fail risk and parallel limits.
- **Staffing** — A steadier income pillar. Fill client slots within tech and capacity caps.
- **Services** — Develop and go live for recurring revenue and tech growth.
**Balance inside the company decides everything**
Use pay bands, privileges, and policy to manage faction unrest and growth. Cultivate outsource partners to cover shortfalls — but lean on them too hard and reputation suffers.
