Build a star empire without a game hurrying you along. Everyone moves together, usually once an hour – for weeks. Settle planets, raise fleets, forge alliances. The same empire on PC, phone and browser. No in-game purchases.
Build a star empire without a game hurrying you along
You begin with a single home world. From there it grows into an empire: settle planets, put up buildings, raise fleets, hold your ground – against other people doing the same. The tick
Everyone moves together, once an hour in the long round. On each tick, production, building queues, flights and battles all move one step on. You do not have to be there: if you see a hostile fleet inbound, you have hours to think of something. On PC the game lets you know in the taskbar, on your phone with a notification.
This is deliberately not a game that pulls you back every ten minutes. One empire, three screens
On PC, on your Android phone and in the browser you play the same empire in the same round. Send the fleet out at your desk in the morning, check on your phone whether it has arrived.
To be upfront: the Android app and the browser version are free, and you play in the same round there. Buying it here gets you the PC version with Steam sign-in and supports development – it does not buy you any advantage in the game.A universe that grows with its players
49 galaxies arranged in a ring. The richest planets and the most dangerous neighbours are at the centre; the outer rim is poor and quiet. At the start only the centre is open; with every player who joins, more galaxies open up. Late joiners find room – and the same hard start as everyone else.A round is always running
- Every weekend a fast round with one move per minute
- Every two weeks a round with ten minutes per move
- Plus the long round at one move an hour, over three months
A round is a self-contained game with a beginning and an end. Then everyone starts from zero again – no three-year head start you can never catch up with. You cannot lose early
Your home world cannot be conquered. Even if you lose every colony, you start over from home and play on until the round ends. There is no elimination.Alliances, corporations, radio
Team up, share what you see, agree on targets, declare war on each other – or break the pact at the right moment. Corporations hold together across rounds, a public radio channel connects everyone. Every battle comes with a receipt: ship by ship, what was there, what was lost, what remained.Practise first
Against computer opponents no clock runs against you: you trigger every move yourself, one at a time or ten in a row. The practice game needs no account and no internet. What is not in it
This version has no ads and no in-game purchases. No energy bars, no waiting you can pay to skip, no paying for an advantage. No tracking.
